FOOD PRODUCTS PLACEMENT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The COVID-19 pandemic has entirely changed the patterns of behavior in market. Physical distance, quarantine measures, safety and security protocols, shortages along entire supply chain, have particularly affected placement food products. In this regard, paper aims to define impact various indicators on products during pandemic. An empirical study was conducted a sample 248 final consumers. analysis performed specifically for four groups essential pandemic: meat products, fruit vegetables, milk dairy cereals, cereal results showed statistically significant such as standards, hygiene, price, product freshness, nutritional composition, chain transparency, quality. these differs significantly depending analyzed group. obtained indicate management which negative impacts need be minimized ensure timely more efficiently meet needs consumers Guidelines future research are listed paper.
